Shipping Policy & Rates

All orders will be shipped either by UPS orFedEx standard ground. Oversized or overweight orders may be shipped using a different carrier. For Alaska & Hawaii orders please e-mail us for a shipping quote info@outdoorbasics.com. Presently, we do not offer international shipping and are unable to drop ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military Addresses. We require all "ship-to addresses" to be valid street addresses.

After we receive your order please allow up to 3 to 4 days for processing. Processing is the stage where your order is physically put together and packaged for delievery. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. When your order ships we will nofify you via e-mail and provide you with a tracking number.

Orders shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional shippment fee which will be calculated during checkout prior to submitting order.
